Editing Campaigns
Desire allows operators to modify various aspects of Assets, including the hero text, secondary text, product image and more. In this document, we will explore how to modify assets in the interactive application.
When you open a campaign to edit, you will observe that each Asset card has a checkbox at the top. To modify an asset, the operator should first select the asset by checking this box. Operators can select more than one asset if required, or select all assets in one go by clicking on the Select All option at the top.
Once an asset is selected, the Properties Sidebar on the right displays options to modify content. At the outset, its contents - primarily the hero text, secondary text and CTA contents appear in the sidebar. If multiple assets are selected, the application will display details of just one.
The Properties Sidebar presents two tabs to modify content - Asset Text and Images & Logos
Modifying Asset Text
Modifying the asset text is straightforward. By default, the section displays current values of the selected asset. The operator can set next content in the appropriate sections and click on the Update Asset Text button. The application will take a few moments to persist the changes, and an updated version is displayed in the card. Users can go ahead and iterate until they are satisfied.
Using AI to enhance text
Desire provides a built-in capability to enhance your content using AI - Once the operator provides content in the text field, say the Hero Text, they can move on to click on the AI Enhance button under it. This opens a popup and provides multiple tone options like Friendly, Professional etc. Clicking on any of them will update the text with a rewritten version of the selected tone. There is a Custom option for operators to use where an explicit prompt can be provided.
Modifying Images and Setting Logos
Clicking on the Images & Logos tab reveals three options - Product Image, Background and Brand Logo.
Product Image
Desire allows operators to set the product image in different ways. All of them start with clicking on Set Product Image. This opens a popup with multiple options. The following section explains what each option means, followed by a cookbook that discusses how different options can be combined.
The popup offers two tabs - Generate Image and Use Custom Image.
Generate Image
The Generate Image section allows you to generate images using any of the supported models. Under Generate Image, you will find:
Enter your prompt - A field where you can provide a prompt describing the image that you are looking to generate. The underlying model uses this prompt to generate the image.
Use theme style prompt - This tells the model that the style prompt that was set at the Theme level should be honoured while generating the image. Theme-level style prompts generally set a standard for the whole theme so that images generated for the campaign can adhere to a consistent styling pattern (like pixellated art, clay models or other details). If you are not certain of what the theme-level style prompt is, you can click on view prompt to see the actual prompt.
Style like reference images - This option tells the model to use the reference images provided at the Theme level as inputs while generating images. Think of it as telling the model "Here are a couple of images that I want the image you generate to look like. Learn its characteristics and use your lessons to generate the image".
No background - This option tells Desire if you want the image to have a background or not. Desire internally uses background removal logic to remove the background and create a transparent layer. If this is not selected, a rectangular/square image is generated with background.
Model - You can use this option to let Desire know what model you are looking to use.
Use Custom Image
The Use Custom Image section allows you to upload and use your own images in the designs. The custom images can be used as is, or can be enhanced using AI.
This section allows you to upload your custom image, and offers the same options as above.
Background Image
Click on Set Background Image in the Background tab. This opens a popup into which you can upload your custom background. Desire will then replace the existing background with this new image.
Brand Logo
Click on Set Brand Logo in the Brand Logo tab. You can select the file that you would like to use in place of the brand logo section of the assets, and Desire will set your image.
Product Image Cookbook
If you want to generate an image like you would using a standard tool like Gemini or ChatGPT using just a prompt...Just provide a prompt and select the appropriate model
If you want to generate images across assets ensuring a homogenous styling in line with the theme...Ensure that the Use theme style prompt is selected, provide a prompt and select the appropriate model
If you want to use a custom image as is...Just upload the image in the Use Custom Image section and click on Use Image
If you want to enhance a custom image...Upload the image in the Use Custom Image section and provide a prompt
...and so on. As you can see, all of the options can work with one another and can be used in conjunction.
