User Approvals
Desire supports two types of users - Regular users and Super Admins. Regular users are the users who use Desire to simplify their design operations work - to create and scale assets. When a user creates an account on Desire, they are not approved to sign in by default. One of the roles of Super Admins has to approve membership requests, and this document outlines the steps.
Approving User Membership
Access the Super Admin landing page by clicking on the Admin option in the left navigation bar at the bottom.
Click on User Approvals to access the approval application
You should be able to see all pending membership requests. Click on Approve to approve any memberships.
Next Steps
Consider adding the newly created user to any relevant user groups as appropriate.
